May in Review and June Goals

I know May was a great month for a change in weather...to warm!  Hooray!! I love the greens of spring and summer and the warmer weather!

I did a fair amount of charity quilting this month! I also picked up a new dimension to my piecing.  I started EPP (English Paper Piecing) this month. You can read the post here about my new discovery!

Here is a review of my May Goals.

1. Complete Mom's queen quilt on the long arm. (done)

















2. Complete May's Scrappy Challenge block by Judy Lacquidara at Patchwork Times. (I did one only)
















3. Complete April's and May's block for the Christmas Quilt Along by Beth at Love, Laugh, Quilt. (done)















4. Work on long arm quilting more charity quilts for Kindred Spirits Community Quilters. (5 done)
 

 

Added:

5. EPP 2 blocks - I also joined Hexagon Alley to EPP 8 hours a month.




































MY JUNE GOALS:

1. Finish my report cards early! Pack up my classroom to move to another one!
2. Complete 2 twin quilts for a customer on the long arm by June 14.









3. Complete a class quilt by the end of June.
4. Work on 1 or 2 charity quilts for KSCQs.
5. EPP 8 hours this month as my goal from Hexagon Alley.
6. Complete June's Scrappy Challenge block by Judy Lacquidara at Patchwork Times.
7. Complete June's block for the Christmas Quilt Along by Beth at Love, Laugh, Quilt.

  1. You are a very busy lady...I feel positively slack compared to you. At the moment I am doing a lot of thinking about projects, but somehow am dragging my feet. I love that quilt for your mother.
