I did a little of this EPP and a little of that applique. I appliqued 3 small Hexie flowers onto a 12x12" block of Kona Pale Flesh solid fabric. This is the fourth one in the set.

I am almost done sewing together another set of 3 small Hexie flowers to be put on the Kona solid block.
I cut and glued new Hexies for the large flowers for an upcoming 6 hour trip one way. Here is one of the 6 flowers.
I also got ready a block of Hawaiian appliqué if I wanted to do something else in the car.
That's my progress for this week.

The Hawaiian Applique will be very beautiful. Love your choice of fabric. Did you glue it on the background fabric? Is it your own pattern? It's very lovely. You won't be bored in the car with such beautiful project.
ReplyDeleteI have not tried hexies but have read that they are good traveling projects! Yours are so pretty, and I love the colors.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you have plenty to keeo you busy - that Hawaiian appliqué looks challenging!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Hawaiian applique. I really enjoyed learning about them when I was in Hawaii. I need to make one!
